Bringing fresh air into a space has never been easier.

All houses and apartments need an efficient way to exhaust stale, moist indoor air and introduce outdoor air. Good ventilation makes a house healthier for occupants and protects the building structure from moisture damage.

A well-designed mechanical ventilation system with good controls is important to provide consistent ventilation through all seasons of the year for all housing. Fans exhaust stale air. Leaks, passive inlets, or another fan draws in outdoor air. Maintaining good indoor air quality in a house requires reducing pollution sources and providing adequate ventilation to remove and dilute pollutants.

QFDC Fresh Air Supply Fan

The QuFRESH QFDC offers homebuilders and developers a cost-effective mechanical ventilation solution that helps with humidity and temperature. Contractors and builders now have a practical offering for introducing constant fresh air from outside into the residence, meeting the fresh air CFM requirements. Internally mounted sensors provide limits preventing the intake of outdoor air that is too humid and/or hot or too cold and/or dry. The operator simply dials in the quantity (CFM) of fresh air needed from the quiet fan and sets the desired intake levels for the outside humidity and temperature.  This fresh air fan can accept a 10" x 10" x 2" air filter up to MERV 16 for incoming air quality.

QuFresh QuF100X - 50/80/100 CFM Wall/Ceiling Mount Fresh Air Supply Fan with Temperature and Humidity Controls

The QuFresh QuF100X Fresh Air Fan offers home builders, contractors, and developers an economic, compact and effective mechanical fresh air solution for introducing constant fresh air from outside into a home, meeting fresh air CFM requirements, "Code Compliant" ventilation standards, or "Energy Preferred" ventilation by limiting the intake of outdoor air that is too humid, too hot, too cold, or too dry. This fan is constructed with a durable galvanized steel housing, motor operated dampers, and a high efficiency ECM motor rated for continuous operation. The QuF100X inline fan unit arrives fully assembled and can be mounted in any orientation to studs or joists with the pre-installed mounting brackets, is easily wired into your existing HVAC system with the 0.5 in. electrical knockout, and includes a built-in test port for air flow measurement with a Pitot tube or similar device to ensure you've got just the right amount of airflow.
